Tezpur University Non-Teaching Recruitment Vacancy Details - 2024
1. Registrar (Administration).No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : 1) A Master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
2) At least fifteen (15) years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 (Pre-revised PB-3: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- plus AGP of Rs. 7,000/-) and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 (Pre-revised PB-3: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- plus AGP of Rs. 8,000/-) and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
Or
Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education.
Or
Fifteen (15) years of administrative experience, of which eight (08) years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Age Limit : below 57 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.1,44,200/-.
2. Internal Audit Officer (Administration) (On deputation).
No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Accounts Services in Central / State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis.
OR
With three (03) years regular service in Level-11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department / Autonomous Bodies.
OR
With five (05) years regular service in Level-10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department / Autonomous Bodies.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 56 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.78,800/-.
3. Deputy Register ( Administration).
No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : i) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
ii) Five (05) years of experience as Assistant Registrar or in equivalent post in the Pay Level-10 and above.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.78,800/-.
4. Assistant Registrar (Administration).
No of posts : 04 posts.
Educational Qualification : Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.56,100/-.
5. Assistant (Administration).
No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : i) A Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from any recognized institute / University.
ii) Three (03) years’ experience as UDC or equivalent in the Level-4 in Central / State Govt. / University / PSU and other Central / State Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in any reputed private companies / bank with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores or more.
iii) Proficiency in typing, computer application, noting and drafting.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.35,400/-.
6. Laboratory Assistant.
No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree (in Physics) with minimum two years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific instruments in the Laboratory.
The experience should be in University / Research Establishment / Central / State Govt. / PSU and other autonomous bodies or Private organization of repute with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200/- Crores or more.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.25,500/-.
7. Junior Accountant (Administration).
No of posts : 02 posts.
Educational Qualification : i) A Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from any recognized institute / University.
ii) Two (02) years’ experience as Lower Division Clerk or equivalent posts in University / Research Establishment / Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in any reputed private companies / corporate banks with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores or more.
iii) Speed in English typing @35 WPM or Speed in Hindi typing @30 WPM.
iv) Proficiency in computer operations.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.25,500/-.
8. Upper Division Clerk (Administration).
No of posts : 01 post.
Educational Qualification : i) A Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from any recognized institute / University.
ii) Two (02) years’ experience as Lower Division Clerk or equivalent posts in University / Research Establishment / Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in any reputed private companies / corporate banks with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores or more.
iii) Speed in English typing @35 WPM or Speed in Hindi typing @30 WPM.
iv) Proficiency in computer operations.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.25,500/-.
9. Lower Division Clerk.
No of posts : 06 posts.
Educational Qualification : i) A Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from any recognized institute / University.
ii) Speed in English typing @35 WPM or Speed in Hindi typing @30 WPM (35 WPM and 30 WPM correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each work).
iii) Proficiency in computer operations.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.19,900/-.
10. Multi-Tasking Staff.
No of posts : 05 posts.
Educational Qualification : 10th pass from a recognized Board OR ITI pass.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.18,000/-.
