Senior Scale Stenographer: By direct recruitment on the basis of English Shorthand and Typewriting test with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute and 40 words per minute respectively.
Junior Scale Stenographers: By direct recruitment on the basis of English Shorthand and Typewriting test with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute and 35 words per minute respectively.
