1. Name of Post : Bench Clerk (Grade-I). No. of post : 01 (UR). Eligibility : The candidates must have served not less than 7 years of service in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge in Assam out of which at least 3 years continuous service must be as U.D. Assistant. Pay Scale : Rs.22000-97000/- (GP Rs.9100/-). |

2. Name of Post : Bench Clerk (Grade-II). No. of post : 01 (UR). Eligibility : The candidates must have served not less than 7 years of service in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge in Assam out of which at least 3 years continuous service must be as U.D. Assistant. Pay Scale : Rs.14000-60500/- (GP Rs.8000/-). |

3. Name of Post : Jarikarak. No. of post : 02 (Two). Qualification : (i) Must be a Graduate in any discipline (ii) Must have knowledge in official language of Assam. Pay Scale : Rs.14000-49000/- + GP Rs.5200/- per month. Age limit : 18-40 years as on 01.01.2024. |

4. Name of Post : Peon. No. of post : 03 (Three). Qualification : Minimum VIII Standard Pass. A candidate who has passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the post. Candidates have to submit a self-declaration certificate along with the application form stating that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination or above.” Pay Scale : Rs.12000-37500/- + GP Rs.3900/- per month. Age limit : 18-40 years as on 01.01.2024. |
