(a) Educational Qualification: LLB.

(b) Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with Bar Counsel

(c) Experience at BAR of handlin-g Criminal matters in Sessions Courts.

(d) An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved bY the Government of India from time to time.

(e) A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate with experience in handling criminal matters.

Engagement Period: Minimum 3 years

Nature of Job: To conduct trial cases pending in above courts.

Professional Fee: The professional fee of the Advocates will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in DoPT L,.N,.225/r9/2023-AVD.ii dated 8/4/2024 (Copy enclosed)
