SesTA Recruitment Vacancy Details 2024

1. Name of Posts: Trainer (NODE Project).
No. of Posts: 01.

Eligibility:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and delivering organizational development and training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
Pay: As per years of relevant experience.

Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 35 years.


2. Name of Posts: Executive Trainee (Operations).
No. of Posts: 10-12.

Eligibility:
  • Looking for passionate young persons who have urge to work for rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives, with 16 years of education having at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the last qualified exams.
  • Candidates with B.sc & M.sc Agri, B.sc & M.sc in Fishery, B.V.Sc. will be given preference.
Pay: Gross Stipend/Salary Rs. 20,000 + Local Conveyance for first 12 Months.

Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 27 years.


3. Name of Posts: Divisional Coordinator (FNHW Project).
No. of Posts: 02.

Eligibility:
  • 3 years of experience in Relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, Documentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, management of the project.
Pay: As per relevant experience.

Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 30 years.
